Project Introduction

Email is one of the most significant and conventional communication medium. However, many face difficulties managing it efficiently with overflowing amounts of unnecessary emails and lack of time to go through each email to organize them.
To tackle this problem, the team has researched and created a service ‘InboT’ which will let you never be leaving inbox messy anymore. With this automatic pop-up suggestions based on the customized analysis on one’s email usage pattern, it lets one to have much easier and organized experience with one’s email inbox.

User Testing & Insights

1. The notification did not hinder user’s original action (opacity control, fade out)

   • but this could also mean that the notifications are not notable enough.

2. Proactive recommendation can be a easy way for users to organize their inbox



3. Giving ‘show detail’ as an option made users feel more secure (because AI can make mistakes)

   • most users used this function every single time

   • this relieves user’s feeling of insecurity(of making mistakes)



4. Some functions were not intuitive but were improved by changing UI.
